1. Company Details

1.1 TRL Tours is a trading name of TRL Enterprises Limited (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2 All contracts for tours and services are entered into with TRL Enterprises Limited.

2. Nature of Services (Land-Only Packages)

2.1 All tours sold by us are land-only packages unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
2.2 Flights are not included in the tour price.

3.3 The person making the booking confirms they have authority to accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all travellers named in the booking.

4. Deposit & Payment Terms
4.1 A 10% of the total tour price per person non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.

4.3 The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before departure unless otherwise stated in writing.
4.4 If a booking is made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
4.5 Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of all monies paid.

5. Cancellation by You
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellation charges are as follows:

5.1 Failure to arrive at the tour start location is treated as cancellation with 100% charges.
5.2 No refund is provided for unused services once the tour has commenced.

6. Amendments by You
6.1 Amendments must be requested in writing.
6.2 Amendments are subject to availability and may incur supplier charges plus an administration fee (minimum £50 per change).
6.3 Name changes may be treated as cancellation and rebooking.

7. Changes or Cancellation by the Company
7.1 We reserve the right to make itinerary & hotel adjustments due to operational requirements and other reasons.
7.2 If a significant change is required before departure, you may:

8. Travel Insurance
8.1 We strongly advise taking out comprehensive travel insurance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
